A strong line-up of speakers supported Alistair Lexden’s renewed call for action in a speech on February 25 when he brought the issue back to the Lords, re-tabling the amendment to the Northern Ireland (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill which he originally moved on February 3. Many important new points were raised in this debate.
