On 15 March, Alistair Lexden returned to his campaign on behalf of sibling couples who have made their lives together in jointly owned property. The Second Reading in the Lords of a Cohabitation Rights Bill gave him a useful opportunity to re-state the overwhelming case for giving them the legal and fiscal rights that they need.
