Lord Lexden renews his call for greater partnership between state and independent schools.
State/independent school partnership has been one of the main themes of Lord Lexden's work during his first year in the Lords.
In a debate on sport on December 7, he stressed the importance of building further on the many successful partnership schemes that have already been established to enable schools to share each other's sporting facilities. He received strong support from Baroness Garden who wound up the debate for the government.
